Several stocks are likely to remain in focus during Monday's trading session as investors track block deals, US FDA inspections, new project wins, stake sales and corporate developments. 

Meesho, Lenskart Solutions, Caplin Point Laboratories, Natco Pharma, Choksi Laboratories, Aurobindo Pharma, NTPC Green Energy, Shree Renuka Sugars, Zee Entertainment Enterprises, Shadowfax Technologies, Shanthi Gears, Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart are among the stocks to watch on August 24, 2026. 

Meesho 

Y Combinator is likely to sell up to a 1.05% stake in Meesho through a block deal, according to reports citing sources. The deal size is estimated at ₹957.5 crore, with the floor price set at ₹197.50 per share. 

Lenskart Solutions 

SoftBank Vision Fund (SVF) II Lightbulb Cayman is likely to sell up to a 2.6% stake in Lenskart Solutions through block deals. The offer size is estimated at around $300 million, with the floor price reportedly set at ₹635 per share. 

Caplin Point Laboratories 

The US Food and Drug Administration conducted an unannounced inspection of Caplin Steriles' injectable and ophthalmic manufacturing facility in Gummidipoondi between August 13 and 21, 2026. The inspection ended with a Form 483 containing 10 observations. The company said the observations were procedural in nature, did not relate to data integrity and were not repeat observations. 

Natco Pharma 

The US FDA inspected Natco Pharma's Finished Dosage Formulations manufacturing plant in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, from August 17 to 21, 2026. The inspection resulted in a Form 483 with four observations, which were procedural in nature. 

Choksi Laboratories 

The US FDA inspected Choksi Laboratories' central laboratory in Indore between August 17 and 20, 2026. Following the inspection, the company received four observations. 

Aurobindo Pharma 

The US FDA carried out a routine inspection at Aurobindo Pharma's AuroPeptides, a peptide API manufacturing facility in Sangareddy, Telangana, between August 17 and 21, 2026. The inspection concluded with one observation concerning facility and equipment maintenance. The company said the observation was not related to data integrity or related GMP compliance. 

Craftsman Automation 

The board of Craftsman Automation approved the incorporation of Craftsman Fronberg Precision GmbH in Germany through its wholly owned subsidiary, Craftsman Germany GmbH. The new company will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Germany GmbH and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Automation. 

NTPC Green Energy 

NTPC Renewable Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy, emerged as the successful bidder in an SECI e-reverse auction for renewable energy projects providing assured peak supply of 6,000 MWh. The company secured a contracted capacity of 500 MW at a discovered tariff of ₹6.00 per kWh. 

Shree Renuka Sugars 

ICICI Bank has sold a 2.17% stake in Shree Renuka Sugars through multiple tranches, reducing its shareholding from 8.96% to 6.79%. 

Bank of Baroda 

Bank of Baroda has concluded an additional $400 million issue of senior unsecured Reg-S fixed-rate notes. The notes carry an all-in yield of 5.389% per annum, an original coupon of 5.318% and a five-year original maturity.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises 

Zee Entertainment Enterprises has allotted 20.94 crore convertible warrants at ₹126 per warrant on a preferential basis to promoter-group entity Sunbright Mauritius. The company received ₹659.76 crore upfront, while the remaining 75% of the warrant issue price will be payable before conversion into equity shares. 

Amagi Media Labs 

Accel, along with Trudy Holdings and AVP I Fund, has sold a 4.84% stake comprising 1.04 crore shares in Amagi Media Labs for ₹587.3 crore. The shares were sold at ₹560 apiece to a group of domestic and global investors. 

Shadowfax Technologies 

Qualcomm Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated, sold 75 lakh shares, representing a 1.28% stake in Shadowfax Technologies. The shares were sold at ₹245.13 apiece, taking the transaction value to ₹183.8 crore. 

Shanthi Gears 

Promoter Tube Investments of India acquired 20.64 lakh shares, representing a 2.69% stake in Shanthi Gears, from Pacific Assets Trust Plc. The shares were purchased at ₹375.30 apiece for ₹77.49 crore. 

KDDL 

ChrysCapital-owned Clarus Capital 1 acquired 1.32 lakh shares, representing a 1.07% stake in KDDL, for ₹48.21 crore at ₹3,650 per share. Promoter Pranav Shankar Saboo sold 2.46 lakh shares, or a 2% stake, for ₹89.8 crore at ₹3,650.81 per share. 

Heranba Industries 

Heranba Industries reported a 17% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit to ₹7.14 crore for the first quarter, compared with ₹6.10 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue fell 15.3% to ₹383.2 crore from ₹452.4 crore. 

Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart 

Horizon Industrial Parks is set to make its mainboard debut, while Lalithaa Jewellery Mart is scheduled to list on the SME platform. Both stocks will be watched for their market debut and early trading activity.
