Several stocks are likely to remain in focus today following developments including block deals, fresh orders, strategic investments, project wins and business updates. 

Investors will also track company-specific developments that could influence trading activity across infrastructure, healthcare, chemicals, telecom, energy and technology-related counters. 

Aster DM Quality Care Ltd 

Centella Mauritius Holdings, managed by affiliates of TPG, is likely to sell a 7.2% stake in Aster DM Quality Care through a block deal. The reported floor price is ₹766.10 per share. Centella Mauritius Holdings held a 9.9% stake in the company as of June 2026. 

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd 

RailTel Corporation of India has received a work order worth ₹166.8 crore from the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation. The order is expected to keep the telecom infrastructure company in focus during today’s trading session. 

Krystal Integrated Services Ltd 

Krystal Integrated Services has received a work order worth ₹134 crore from the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation. The contract covers integrated facility management services in Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar for three years. 

Exide Industries Ltd 

Exide Industries has invested ₹200 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions, through a rights issue. The investment takes the total amount invested in the subsidiary to ₹5,102.23 crore. The company’s shareholding percentage remains unchanged following the investment. 

The funding forms part of an additional investment of up to ₹1,400 crore approved by the board for a greenfield, multi-gigawatt lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility in India. 

Atlanta Electricals Ltd 

Atlanta Electricals has received a Letter of Intent from the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh for an order valued at ₹193.92 crore. The order covers the design, manufacture, testing and supply of 12 units of 160 MVA, 220/132 kV autotransformers. 

Interarch Building Solutions Ltd 

Interarch Building Solutions has received an order worth ₹128 crore for manufacturing, supplying and erecting a pre-engineered steel building system for a major international FMCG company. The project involves the construction of a manufacturing facility for homecare, beauty and wellness products. 

HG Infra Engineering Ltd 

HG Infra Engineering has received a Letter of Intent from REC Power Development and Consultancy for constructing 220/132/33 kV air-insulated substations at Ranipur in Mau and Chunar in Mirzapur, along with associated transmission lines in Uttar Pradesh. 

Hindustan Zinc Ltd 

Hindustan Zinc has increased the share of renewable power in its overall electricity consumption to 22%, compared with around 18% in FY26. The company is working towards meeting approximately 70% of its overall power requirements through renewable sources by FY28. 

Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd 

Jubilant Ingrevia has entered into a binding agreement with Zettaone Technologies India to acquire a 40% strategic stake for ₹189.2 crore. Following completion of the proposed transaction, Zettaone Technologies will become an associate company of Jubilant Ingrevia. 

Ducon Infratechnologies Ltd 

Ducon Infratechnologies has secured an end-to-end contract for supplying and servicing a forced cooling network system for potlines at one of India’s largest single aluminium smelter plants. 

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd 

ONGC has commissioned gas evacuation facilities at Khoraghat GGS-1 in Golaghat, Assam. The facility will allow surplus associated natural gas from the Upper Assam Shelf to be processed and evacuated through the North East Gas Grid. 

The development follows the commissioning of the Dergaon–Dimapur Pipeline, which has connected Nagaland with the North East Gas Grid and the National Gas Grid. The new connectivity will support the utilisation of nearly 1 lakh Standard Cubic Metres of gas per day from ONGC’s Jorhat asset. 

One 97 Communications Ltd 

Resilient Asset Management B.V., owned by Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, has sold 1.92 crore equity shares, representing 3% of the paid-up equity, in One 97 Communications for ₹2,948.94 crore. 

Following the transaction, Resilient’s stake has fallen from 10.2% to 7.2%. Vijay Shekhar Sharma, along with Resilient Asset Management, now holds a 16.23% stake in the company. A total of 19 investors participated in the block deal. 

Billionbrains Garage Ventures Ltd 

YC Holdings II LLC, backed by Y Combinator, has sold 7.46 crore equity shares, representing 1.19% of the paid-up equity, in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of Groww. The shares were sold for ₹1,435.2 crore at ₹192.16 per share. 

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd 

Kedia Securities, owned by investor Vijay Kedia, has acquired 20 lakh shares in Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services. The purchase represents a 1.48% stake and was completed for ₹32.94 crore at ₹164.72 per share. 

Cyient Ltd 

HDFC Mutual Fund has sold 5.32 lakh equity shares in Cyient, representing a 0.5% stake, at ₹854.01 per share. The transaction was valued at ₹45.47 crore. HDFC AMC, through HDFC Dividend Yield Fund, held a 5.7% stake in Cyient as of June 2026. 

Welspun Investments & Commercials Ltd 

Lloyds Enterprises has acquired 97,622 shares in Welspun Investments & Commercials, representing a 2.67% stake. The shares were purchased for ₹17.47 crore at ₹1,790 per share. 

Nxt-Infra Trust 

Larsen & Toubro has acquired 2.08 crore units in Nxt-Infra Trust for ₹199 crore at ₹95.33 per unit. AK Capital Finance sold 2.1 crore units in the InvIT for ₹200.67 crore at the same price. 

PG Foils Ltd 

Promoter entities Pipalia Cables and Wires and Foils India Laminates have purchased a combined 2.5 lakh shares in PG Foils for about ₹4.89 crore. The purchases represented 2.11% of the company’s paid-up equity. Stone Colour Exim exited PG Foils by selling the same number of shares for ₹4.89 crore. 

Shiprocket 

Shiprocket is scheduled to make its mainboard listing today and will therefore remain in focus as investors track its market debut and initial trading activity. 

Behari Lal Engineering 

Behari Lal Engineering is also scheduled for an SME listing today. The stock is expected to attract attention as investors track its debut and early price movement. 

Conclusion 

Fresh orders, strategic investments, stake sales, renewable energy developments and new listings are expected to drive stock-specific activity in today’s session. Investors are likely to keep a close watch on the companies as these developments unfold.
