Indian benchmark indices are likely to remain focused on company-specific developments as investors track quarterly results, fresh orders, stake transactions and management changes. 

Several stocks are also in focus following business updates, including new project wins, strategic agreements, acquisitions and changes in senior management. 

Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd 

Manipal Health reported its Q1 numbers, revenue jumped a massive 38.1% to ₹3,090.6 crore up from ₹2,237.6 crore last year and also the consolidated profit slipped 7.5% year-over-year to ₹231.65 crore, down from ₹250.37 crore. 

Amagi Media Labs Ltd 

Trudy Holdings, AVP I Fund and Accel are likely to sell a combined 5% stake in Amagi Media Labs through a block deal worth around ₹600 crore, according to a CNBC-TV18 report. The reported floor price for the transaction is ₹550 per share. 

Saatvik Green Energy Ltd 

Saatvik Solar Industries, a subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy, has received an order worth ₹190 crore from a prominent independent power producer and EPC player for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules. The order adds to the company's business visibility in the renewable energy segment. 

Torrent Power Ltd 

Saurabh Mashruwala has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Whole-Time Key Managerial Personnel of Torrent Power with effect from August 20, 2026, following his planned retirement. The Board has approved the appointment of Vikas Poddar as Chief Financial Officer and Whole-Time Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel, effective August 21. 

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd 

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has entered into an Operations and Management Agreement with Aurevia Hospitals for an initial five-year term, with a provision to extend it by another five years. Under the agreement, KIMS will manage and operate Arete Hospitals and provide medical services. 

KIMS has also entered into a Call Option Agreement with Aurevia Hospitals, giving it the option, but not the obligation, to acquire the business if it is considered suitable. Any acquisition would be subject to definitive terms and pricing. 

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd 

RailTel Corporation of India has received a work order worth ₹164.78 crore from Western Coalfields for establishing an MPLS VPN network on a rental basis. The project is scheduled to run for 60 months, adding to RailTel's order book and telecom infrastructure business. 

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd 

Lemon Tree Hotels has opened a new 85-room property in Bharuch, Gujarat, under the Lemon Tree Hotel brand. The hotel is managed by the company's subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, taking the group's operational presence in Gujarat to 12 hotels. 

Rallis India Ltd 

Bhaskar Swaminathan will step down as Chief Financial Officer of Rallis India with effect from November 4, 2026, to join another Tata Group company. The Board has appointed Sridhar Radhakrishnan as Chief Financial Officer with effect from the same date. 

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd 

IndiGo maintained its strong position in India's domestic aviation market, recording a 67.4% market share in July 2026. The airline carried 80.82 lakh passengers during the month, keeping the company in focus among aviation stocks.

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd 

The joint venture Infotech HAL, in which Hindustan Aeronautics held a 50% stake, has been dissolved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru. The development may remain on investors' radar as they assess its implications for HAL's joint venture portfolio. 

Kfin Technologies Ltd 

General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte, an affiliate of General Atlantic, sold 1.51 crore equity shares, representing an 8.75% stake in KFin Technologies, for ₹1,400 crore at ₹925 per share. 

Pfizer Ltd 

Quant Mutual Fund has acquired an additional 2.67 lakh shares of Pfizer worth ₹131.25 crore, representing a 0.58% stake. The shares were purchased at ₹4,899.97 apiece. Quant Mutual Fund held a 2.22% stake in Pfizer as of the June 2026 shareholding pattern. 

Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd 

Pari Washington India Master Fund, managed by Pari Washington Company, acquired 5.83 lakh shares, representing a 2.02% stake in Amrutanjan Health Care, for ₹29.17 crore at ₹500 per share. 

Envision India Fund sold 2.13 lakh shares at ₹523.58 per share, while DSP Mutual Fund sold 5 lakh shares at ₹500.01 per share. As of June 2026, DSP Mutual Fund held a 3.8% stake in the company. 

Apollo Pipes Ltd 

HR Global Manufacturing, which held a 2.27% stake in Apollo Pipes as of June 2026, sold 3.98 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.9% stake, for ₹23.5 crore at ₹589.86 per share. 

Welspun Investments & Commercials Ltd 

Lloyds Enterprises continued its buying activity in Welspun Investments & Commercials by acquiring an additional 22,238 shares at ₹1,851 per share, valued at ₹4.11 crore. The buyer had also acquired 1.27 lakh shares in the company during the previous two sessions. 

Credent Connect N Care Ltd 

Motilal Oswal Financial Services acquired 2.98 lakh shares in healthcare services provider Credent Connect N Care for ₹11.15 crore at ₹373.97 per share. OM Trading also purchased 1 lakh shares at ₹359.10 per share, amounting to ₹3.59 crore. 

Nxt-Infra Trust 

Kotak Mahindra Bank and Larsen & Toubro each purchased 95.5 lakh units in Nxt-Infra Trust for ₹89.62 crore at ₹93.85 per unit. The units were acquired from Actis Highway Infra. 

Conclusion 

Block deals, quarterly results, fresh orders, management changes and strategic business agreements are expected to drive stock-specific activity in today's trading session.
