The consumer forums across India, led by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), achieved over 100% disposal rate in July 2025. Notable performance includes Tamil Nadu at 277% and Rajasthan at 214%, powered by the unified e-Jagriti platform introduced by the Government of India.

Tamil Nadu led with a remarkable 277%, followed by Rajasthan at 214%, Telangana at 158%, and Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand each at 150%. e-Jagriti provides digital case filing, virtual hearings, multilingual access, voice-to-text for visually impaired users, and live case tracking. Judges and advocates benefit from smart dashboards and virtual courtrooms, ensuring justice reaches all corners of the country faster than ever before.
