Dilip Buildcon has emerged as the successful bidder for a project worth ₹1,800 crore after receiving a letter of intent from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board. The project involves the authorisation to lay, build, operate or expand a petroleum and petroleum products pipeline from Paradip in Odisha to Raipur in Chhattisgarh.
Indian Bank
Indian Bank has proposed to divest up to 15 lakh equity shares, representing 17.91% of its stake in the National Stock Exchange of India, through an offer for sale in the proposed IPO of NSE. The transaction remains subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd
Shakti Pumps (India) received a Letter of Empanelment from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company for 10,000 off-grid solar photovoltaic water pumping systems with capacities of 3 HP, 5 HP and 7.5 HP. The pumps will be supplied across Maharashtra under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana. The order is valued at around ₹235.92 crore and is to be executed within 60 days from the issuance of the work order.
ICICI Bank Ltd
ICICI Bank received approval from the Reserve Bank of India allowing ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company to acquire an aggregate holding of up to 9.95% of the paid-up share capital or voting rights in CSB Bank, DCB Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and AU Small Finance Bank.
IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd
IRB Infrastructure Developers reported a 25% year-on-year increase in toll revenue to ₹807.4 crore in August 2026, compared with ₹646.2 crore in the corresponding month last year.

Wipro Ltd
Wipro has launched its Chief Information Security Officer Command Center in collaboration with Nasdaq-listed CrowdStrike. The initiative is aimed at helping enterprises strengthen security against emerging AI-driven risks through proactive and risk-informed cyber resilience.
Hindustan Zinc Ltd
Hindustan Zinc has signed a six-year transportation contract with logistics solutions provider MFL India for the deployment of 30 electric trucks. The trucks will transport concentrates as the company works towards increasing electrification across its mine-to-smelter logistics network.
Juniper Green Energy
Juniper Green Spark Ten, a wholly owned subsidiary of Juniper Green Energy, has fully commissioned a 75 MW wind-solar hybrid power project after commissioning the final 10 MW of wind capacity at the project site. The aggregate operational capacity of Juniper Green Energy and its subsidiaries now stands at around 2,604 MWp, along with around 500 MWh of battery energy storage system capacity.
Biocon Ltd
Activ Pine LLP, an affiliate of private equity firm True North, sold 1.65 crore equity shares, representing a 1.02% stake in Biocon, at ₹385 per share. The shares, valued at ₹638.37 crore, were acquired by a group of global and domestic institutional investors.
Khadim India Ltd
Angel investor Pankaj Prasoon acquired an additional 4.18 lakh shares in Khadim India for ₹4.86 crore at ₹116.19 per share. He held a 1.62% stake in the company as of June 2026. Meanwhile, Ambit Investment Advisors sold 3.69 lakh shares for ₹4.27 crore at ₹115.97 per share.
Mangalam Global Enterprise Ltd
Lemon Group-backed Veloce Fintech, through Veloce Opportunities Fund and Veloce Opportunities Fund-II, acquired 1.17 crore equity shares, representing a 3.57% stake in Mangalam Global Enterprise, for ₹18.26 crore at ₹15.50 per share. Investor Chungath Karunakaran Padma Kumar exited the company by selling his entire holding of 1.24 crore shares, equivalent to a 3.78% stake, for ₹19.30 crore at the same price.
