The company has its manufacturing facilities spread over approximately 4,00,000 square feet out of which close to 1,41,000 square feet has been dedicated for development of Green Belt in line with company's green and environment friendly manufacturing policies. It has covered space of approximately 1,50,000 square feet which consists of manufacturing facilities and raw material and finished product storage yards and other ancillary facilities. The company has an installed capacity to manufacture more than 7500 MT of synthetic resins both in powder and liquid form. In addition to this, the company has an installed capacity to manufacture more than 1000 MT of industrial coatings, insulating varnishes, paints and construction chemicals. The company has own vehicles to serve its major customers within a very short duration enabling them to reduce their inventories. This also cushions against the delay in material delivery due to various unforeseen circumstances like delay from its transport partners in supplying the vehicle. The company manufacturers maximum quantity of Synthetic PF Resins viz, Novolak Resin and Resol Resin, both in Liquid and Powder Form.
