PropShare Celestia has been setup on December 12, 2025 as the third scheme of Property Share Investment Trust settled in the Republic of India as an irrevocable trust on June 27, 2024, at Bangalore, Karnataka, India under the provisions of Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and registered as a small and medium real estate investment trust on August 5, 2024, under Regulation 26L (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014. PropShare Celestia is the third scheme launched by Property Share Investment Trust, India's first small and medium real estate investment trust registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
