Manglam Global Corporations Limited was initially incorporated as 'Kshitij Investments Private Limited' on May 22, 1979. The Company subsequently changed its name to Kshitij Investments Limited and obtained a fresh certificate of Incorporation on December 03, 1979. Currently, the name of the Company has changed to 'Manglam Global Corporations Limited' in 2024-25. Earlier, the Company was engaged in the business of trading in Iron & Steel and providing engineering services and other services for the Iron and Steel Industry. As per changes set in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, the Company shifted its business toward agricultural commodities, food products and FMCG trading during the year 2024. Pursuant to change in Management there are few changes in the nature of business during the year 2024-25. The changes in the main object of the Company include the business of trading, marketing, processing, import and export of agricultural and non-agricultural commodities, food products and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), including grains, pulses, spices, vegetables, herbs and other products derived from agricultural and farming activities. The Company has strengthened its presence in these segments through efficient sourcing, robust supply chain management and the expansion of its customer and supplier network.
