The Company`s subsidiaries include Greenvision Technologies Pvt. Ltd., ADIT E-commerce Pvt. Ltd., and Compuage Infocom (S) Pte. Ltd. Greenvision Technologies Pvt. Ltd focuses on power solutions for the enterprise customers and sealed maintenance free batteries for the uninterruptible power system (UPS) segment, as well as engaged in exploring manufacturing of batteries. ADIT E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in online business. Compuage Infocom (S) Pte. Ltd. is formed to expand the Company`s business operation in Singapore.
As at March 31, 2011, the Company held 76% of the Equity Share Capital and voting power of Greenvision Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
