The company has applied for Direct Listing application; through BSE Listing Centre Online portal vide application no. 31061 dated 26th February 2016. The Company received the In-Principal Approval from BSE Limited as on 01 August 2017 and Company is in the process to get the final Listing and Trading Approval from BSE Limited. During the period 2018-19, the shares of the Company are listed on BSE Limited as on 22 February 2018.
