Upper Circuit Stocks Today – Stocks Locked in Upper Circuit on 25 July, 2023

On Tuesday, the benchmark indices were trading flat with Sensex up around 10 points or 0.01% at 66,380 and the Nifty-50 up around 4 points or 0.016% at 19,680. About 1,985 shares have advanced, 1,176 declined, and 159 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on BSE Sensex Index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were JSW Steel Ltd, Ultratech Cement Ltd and NTPC Ltd, whereas the top Sensex losers were Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Asian Paints Ltd and ITC Ltd.

The BSE Metals Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE FMCG Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Metals Index soared 1.73%, led by APL Apollo Tubes Ltd and JSW Steel Ltd while the BSE FMCG Index was down 1.03% dragged down by ITC Ltd and Dodla Dairy Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.31% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.72%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were SJVN Ltd and ACC Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were TCPL Packing and Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Kriti Nutrients Ltd, SJVN Ltd and JK Paper Ltd.
