ITC Ltd
ITC is in focus after GQG Partners and Alliance Witan sold shares worth a combined ₹9,436.90 crore. The reported stake sale stood at 2.92%, with shares placed at ₹257.35 apiece among 14 institutional investors.

Waaree Renewable Technologies secured a solar EPC contract from a public sector undertaking for a 5 MWp grid-connected project. The order also includes operation and maintenance services for 10 years.
IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd
IRB Infrastructure Developers reported a 24.1% year-on-year increase in September toll revenue to ₹772.5 crore, compared with ₹622.3 crore a year earlier.
Pace Digitek Ltd
Pace Digitek received a Letter of Intent from BSES Rajdhani Power for a 57.5 MW/115 MWh battery storage project in Delhi. The project involves an investment of around ₹179.4 crore and is scheduled for completion within seven months.

Lupin Ltd
Lupin received US FDA approval for its Phytonadione Injectable Emulsion in a single-dose prefilled syringe. The drug is used to treat and prevent vitamin K deficiency and reduced blood-clotting ability. Its estimated annual US sales stood at US$52.3 million.
Acme India Industries Ltd

Hexaware Technologies Ltd
