Stocks to Watch Today: Milky Mist, LEAP India, EPL, E2E Networks and Others (September 1, 2026)

Milky Mist Dairy Food and LEAP India reported strong year-on-year growth in their June quarter results, while EPL, E2E Networks, Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, NCC and Happiest Minds Technologies have reported developments that could influence investor sentiment.
Milky Mist Dairy Food Ltd
Milky Mist Dairy Food reported a sharp rise in consolidated profit for the first quarter. Profit surged nearly 10 times year-on-year to ₹64.7 crore from ₹6.5 crore, while revenue increased 43.6% to ₹973.4 crore from ₹678.1 crore.
LEAP India Ltd
LEAP India posted a 30.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹24.7 crore from ₹19 crore. Revenue rose 19.1% to ₹203.4 crore compared with ₹170.8 crore in the corresponding period last year.
EPL Ltd
Blackstone-owned Epsilon Bidco, the promoter of EPL, is likely to sell up to a 26.38% stake in the company through a block deal worth around ₹1,985 crore at an offer price of ₹235 per share, according to a CNBC-TV18 report citing sources.
E2E Networks Ltd
E2E Networks has entered into a binding term sheet with an India-based Sovereign AI company for NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and related services. The arrangement has an approximate contract value of ₹1,000 crore and is expected to continue through June 2029.
Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd
GRT Jewellers India has signed a share purchase agreement with the promoters of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri to acquire a 74.12% stake for up to ₹1,033.71 crore. GRT Jewellers will also launch an open offer for an additional stake of around 26%.
NCC Ltd
NCC received three orders worth a combined ₹430.19 crore in August. The orders pertain to the company’s buildings division and add to its order book visibility.
Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd
Promoter Ashok Soota and Ashok Soota Medical Research LLP have entered into a share purchase agreement with ITC Infotech for the sale of 3.36 crore equity shares, representing a 22.106% stake in Happiest Minds Technologies, for ₹1,329.7 crore.
The board has also approved the amalgamation of Happiest Minds Technologies with ITC Infotech. Under the proposed merger, ITC Infotech will issue 25 equity shares to Happiest Minds shareholders for every 81 shares held in Happiest Minds.
Brigade Enterprises Ltd
Brigade Group has announced its entry into Coimbatore through a residential development spread across 5.4 acres under a joint development agreement with the landowner. The project has an estimated gross development value of around ₹600 crore.
Cipla Ltd
Sino Biopharmaceutical subsidiary Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group has entered into an exclusive licensing and supply agreement with Cipla for Rolditamig Deuderuxtecan, also known as TQB2102. Cipla will receive exclusive rights to develop and commercialise the drug in India, South Africa and five other emerging markets.

NLC India Ltd
NLC India Renewables, a subsidiary of NLC India, has incorporated a joint venture with the Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency. The new company, NIRL OREDA Renewables, will develop green energy power plants, with equity participation of 51:49.
PVR INOX Ltd
The board of PVR INOX has approved a proposal to buy back up to 20.69 lakh equity shares worth ₹300 crore at a price of ₹1,450 per share.
Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd
Kotak Mahindra Bank has recommended executive directors Anup Saha and Paritosh Kashyap as potential successors to Chief Executive Officer Ashok Vaswani, whose term ends next year. The names have been submitted to the Reserve Bank of India for approval, according to Reuters sources.
Religare Enterprises Ltd
Ashish Dhawan bought more than 36 lakh shares, representing a 1.05% stake in Religare Enterprises, for ₹85.3 crore at ₹237 per share. The purchase follows another 1.11% stake acquisition on Friday, taking his holding to more than 7% compared with 5.24% as of June 2026.
Concord Biotech Ltd
DSP Mutual Fund acquired an additional 12.88 lakh shares, representing a 1.23% stake, in Concord Biotech for ₹180.86 crore at ₹1,404.10 per share. Meanwhile, Canadian entity 1575773 Ontario Inc sold its entire 2% holding of 20.92 lakh shares at the same price for ₹293.78 crore.
Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd
Jainam Broking acquired 10.62 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.65% stake in Shreeji Shipping Global, from the promoters for ₹68.53 crore at ₹645.30 per share. Promoters Ashokkumar Haridas Lal and Lal Jitendra Haridas each sold 5.31 lakh shares.
PTC India Ltd
iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, managed by BlackRock through BlackRock Fund Advisors, sold 22.69 lakh shares representing a 0.76% stake in PTC India for ₹34.3 crore at ₹151.17 per share.
SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd
BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 97.83 lakh shares, representing a 1.02% stake in SBI Cards & Payment Services, for ₹632.07 crore at ₹646.04 per share. BlackRock International and BlackRock Global Funds sold a combined 1.08% stake worth ₹664.72 crore.
Ather Energy Ltd
BlackRock Global Funds acquired 25.99 lakh shares, representing a 0.65% stake in Ather Energy, for ₹445.31 crore at ₹1,713.02 per share.
Balkrishna Industries Ltd
BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 10.2 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.52% stake in Balkrishna Industries, for ₹232.68 crore at ₹2,281.04 per share.
Astral Ltd
BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 37.33 lakh shares, representing a 1.39% stake in Astral, at ₹1,522.79 per share for ₹568.46 crore. Societe Generale also acquired 13.5 lakh shares, representing a 0.5% stake, for ₹206.17 crore at ₹1,526.56 per share.
Northern Arc Capital Ltd
Foreign investors Accion Africa-Asia Investment Company, LeapFrog Financial Inclusion India, Eight Roads Investments Mauritius and Augusta Investments sold a combined 13.12% stake in Northern Arc Capital for ₹589.72 crore.
The entire stake was bought by a group of investors, including Societe Generale, Plutus Wealth Management, Cohesion MK Best Ideas Sub-Trust, Neo Prime Fund, Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust, India Acorn Fund, Adivam Family Trust, S Gupta Homes, Shubhi Consultancy Services and Singularity Equity Fund I at ₹278 per share.
Other Stocks in Focus
Symbiotec Pharmalab, Hy-Tech Engineers and Skyways Air Services are set to make their mainboard debut, while ABH Healthcare and Madhur Knit Crafts are scheduled for SME listing.
Conclusion
