Indian equities are likely to see stock-specific action today as investors track company announcements, order wins, acquisitions, stake sales and quarterly earnings. 

Several companies have reported developments across technology, consumer products, infrastructure, renewable energy, chemicals and industrial gases, which could keep their shares in focus during the trading session. 

Honasa Consumer Ltd 

Peak XV Partners Investments VI, Sequoia Capital Global Growth Fund III and Redwood Trust are cumulatively likely to sell a 2.73% stake in Honasa Consumer. The offer size is pegged at ₹400 crore, with the floor price set at ₹450 per share, according to a CNBC-TV18 report citing sources. 

HCL Technologies Ltd 

HCL Software, the software business division of HCLTech, has announced its intent to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Croatia-based provider of an enterprise robotic process automation platform. The proposed acquisition is aimed at strengthening HCLTech's enterprise agentic automation capabilities and is expected to close in November 2026. 

ITC Ltd 

ITC has completed the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Sproutlife Foods for ₹645 crore. The company acquired an additional 13,445 equity shares to complete the transaction. 

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases Ltd 

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases has secured a ₹481 crore contract from BHEL for the design, engineering, supply, erection, testing, commissioning and other related activities for a 1,200 TPD cryogenic Air Separation Unit on a turnkey basis. The project is part of BHEL's coal-to-ammonium nitrate project in Odisha. 

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd 

The US Food and Drug Administration conducted a cGMP inspection of Zydus Lifesciences' manufacturing plant at SEZ II, Ahmedabad, between September 21 and September 28, 2026. The inspection concluded with one observation, with no data-integrity-related observations reported. 

NCC Ltd 

NCC has received a Letter of Acceptance for a project worth ₹1,076.71 crore from the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The project involves providing drinking water supply under the Multi Village Scheme on the Yeleru Reservoir for the Anakapalli segment in Anakapalli district. 

Vikram Solar Ltd 

Vikram Solar has secured a 400 MW module supply order from a reputed EPC player for decentralised solar projects being developed across multiple locations in Maharashtra. The order adds to the company's solar module business activity. 

Prasol Chemicals Ltd 

Prasol Chemicals reported a 150.7% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹61 crore in the first quarter, compared with ₹24.3 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue increased 35.7% to ₹433.6 crore from ₹319.6 crore. 

Rays of Belief 

Rays of Belief reported consolidated first-quarter profit of ₹2.8 crore, compared with a loss of ₹0.5 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue rose 136.4% year on year to ₹25.3 crore from ₹10.7 crore. 

Bharti Airtel Ltd 

Bharti Airtel added 21.1 lakh mobile subscribers in August 2026, compared with 26.88 lakh net additions in the previous month, according to telecom subscription data. The subscriber figures will remain in focus alongside developments across the telecom sector.

Vodafone Idea Ltd 

Vodafone Idea reported net additions of 5.06 lakh subscribers in August 2026, compared with 2.40 lakh additions in the previous month. The subscriber data comes amid continued attention on the company's customer base and telecom operations. 

Reliance Industries Ltd 

Reliance Jio, the telecom subsidiary of Reliance Industries, added 24.01 lakh subscribers in August 2026, compared with 24.46 lakh net additions in the previous month, according to telecom subscription data. 

Pidilite Industries Ltd 

Pidilite Industries has entered into a strategic partnership with Hwaseung Chemical to introduce advanced South Korean bonding technologies to the Indian market. The collaboration will focus on high-performance adhesive systems for India's footwear manufacturing ecosystem. 

Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd 

IRFC has signed a ₹4,200 crore term loan agreement with Damodar Valley Corporation to finance renewable energy projects across Jharkhand and West Bengal. 

Allcargo Logistics Ltd 

Ketan Kulkarni has resigned as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Allcargo Logistics, effective December 31, 2026. He will take up the role of Chief Growth Officer within the Allcargo Group from January 1, 2027. 

Landmark Cars Ltd 

Landmark Cars is adding a BYD facility in Noida and a Mahindra & Mahindra showroom at EM Bypass in Kolkata, West Bengal, expanding its retail presence across the two automotive brands. 

Mainboard and SME Listings 

Varmora Granito is set to list on the Mainboard today. The listing will be closely watched as investors assess the company's debut performance in the secondary market. 

While Anand Seamless and Himalaya Nutravedics India are set to list on SME platform today. 

Conclusion 

Stake sales, acquisitions, fresh project orders, solar module contracts, quarterly earnings and telecom subscriber data are among the key developments likely to drive stock-specific activity in today's trading session.
