DOMS Industries Ltd 

Italian stationery major FILA (Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A.) is reportedly planning to sell up to a 7% stake in DOMS Industries through block deals. The floor price has been set at ₹2,100 per share, with the total transaction size estimated at approximately ₹892 crore. The proposed stake sale is likely to attract investor attention given FILA’s position as a foreign promoter in the company. 

Wipro Ltd 

Wipro announced the launch of its Applied AI Centre of Excellence for Claude models powered by Anthropic. The initiative forms part of the company’s newly established AI-Native Business & Platforms Unit and aims to accelerate enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence solutions. 

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd (KIMS) 

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has launched its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) issue of equity shares. The company has fixed the floor price at ₹771.73 per share. Investors will closely watch the fundraising exercise and its potential impact on future expansion plans. 

Bharat Forge Ltd 

Bharat Forge’s subsidiary, Kalyani Strategic Systems, in collaboration with Paramount, unveiled the Simha 4x4 light armoured multi-purpose vehicle at Eurosatory 2026. The launch highlights the company’s growing presence in the defence manufacturing segment. 

Prime Focus Ltd 

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has disposed of adjudication proceedings against Prime Focus, its promoters, directors, chief financial officer and audit committee members. The regulator concluded that alleged violations relating to the accounting treatment of certain business transfer transactions were not established.

Sonata Software Ltd 

Polunin Capital Partners-managed Polunin Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund acquired 19.2 lakh shares of Sonata Software through a bulk deal valued at approximately ₹56.7 crore. The transaction was executed at ₹295.12 per share and is expected to keep the stock in focus. 

Renaissance Global Ltd 

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology acquired 16.4 lakh shares, representing a 1.5% stake in Renaissance Global, through a bulk transaction. The deal was executed at ₹106.58 per share, with a total value of approximately ₹17.47 crore. 

Nila Infrastructures Ltd 

Care Wealth Advisors purchased 19.77 lakh shares, representing a 0.5% stake in Nila Infrastructures, from Jainam Broking. The transaction was completed at ₹8 per share and was valued at around ₹1.58 crore. 

Nxt-Infra Trust 

Nuvama Wealth Finance acquired 51.5 lakh units of Nxt-Infra Trust from Larsen & Toubro in a transaction worth approximately ₹49.95 crore. The deal was executed at ₹97 per unit. 

Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust 

BIF IV Jarvis India and Anahera Investment sold 16.69 crore units, representing a 5.47% stake in Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust, to a group of institutional investors. The transaction was valued at approximately ₹2,754 crore and witnessed participation from several financial institutions and mutual funds. 

Utkal Speciality Industries India Ltd 

Utkal Speciality Industries India is scheduled to make its market debut in the SME segment today. Investors will monitor the stock’s listing performance and market response. 

Cyient Ltd 

Cyient shares will trade ex-date for buyback. The corporate action is expected to remain in focus as investors adjust positions following the buyback. 

Brigade Enterprises Ltd 

Brigade Enterprises shares will trade ex-date for the company’s bonus issue. The corporate action is expected to remain in focus as investors adjust positions following the bonus entitlement.  

Kaynes Technology India Ltd
