Zaffer, Mr Hemendra Dalichand Shah, Mr Shaikh Ahmad Sarang, Mr Upoor Sadashiv , Mr. Raiklal Jethala Shah and Mr Manharlal Rambhai Amin. The company is mainly engaged in the business of repairs and manufacture of distribution Transformer. In last 15 years the company has established the production process and developed required infrastructure. The company has made constant efforts to add more clientele and provide effective services. The company is presently engaged in the manufacturing and repairing of Distribution transformers for 11 KV & 33 KV class upto the rating of 3.15 MVA.A public issue was made to the extent of Rs.75 lac for expansion of distribution transformers and diversification into power Transformers.
