The company's main product is into the business of wholesale of agriculture raw materials and rendering of service as Registrar and share transfer agent for various activities of clientele companies & serving more than 1 lakh shareholders. In compliance with SEBI's circular of single point share transfer & demat activities, the Company has taken direct electronic connectivity from both depositories i.e. the National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) & the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). During FY 2015-16, the company liquidated its associate companies, viz. Samradhi Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. and Promise Securities Pvt. Ltd.
