About RLF
Incorporated in Apr'79, as Raksons Finance Private Limited and subsequently converted into a public limited company and changed its name as Raksons Leasing and Finance Ltd. in Dec'85. Later the name was changed to the present one in Mar'94. It was promoted by R.K. Khanna and Anil K. Khanna and it is engaged in the business of financial services, hire purchase and leasing and Embroidery.
It has entered into a buy back arrangement with the collaborator for buying and selling 112855 MT per year of the product manufactured by the Company for a commission @ 5% of the FOB value for a period of 8 years.
During 1995-96, the company has successfully implemented its Rs 4.61 crs, export oriented textile unit at Gurgaon, Haryana under technical know-how from M/s Saurer of Switzerland. The project has been commissioned in March, 1996.
The company has entered into a Joint Venture with `Potencier Broderies' of France for incorporation of a Joint Venture Company in France. Potencier Broderies is a leader in the embroidery industry in France, specialising in lingerie-corsetery. The joint venture company shall operate with the objective of carrying out all activities concerning textile products and the company shall earn precious foreign exchange.
