During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company disposed off the land and building at Silvassa. As of March 31, 2010, the Company had no manufacturing activities. During fiscal 2010, the Company purchased and sold 1,00,299 meters of fabrics. As of March 31, 2010, the Company had a 33.88% interest in a jointly controlled entity, Strata Geosystems (India) Private Limited (Strata). Also, the Company acquired new premises at Mumbai. The Company is exploring investment opportunities that may be considered beneficial to it.
