My Money Securities Limited was incorporated as private limited company on 5th Mar.'92 in the name of Felicitate investment private limited and changed its name to My Money Securities Private Limited on 16 Jun.'94. The company has been converted into a public limited company on 28 sep.'95.
The management and control of the company was taken over by Sh Sanjai Seth , Sh Vikas Seth and Smt Rajni Seth on 11th Jan.'93, who are the present promoters of the company. At present, the company is involved in investment in securities and sindication and placement of funds.
The company has obtained the dealership of OTC exchange of India and the membership of National Stock Exchange of India. The company has come out with a public issue in Mar.'96.
