About Espire Hospitality
Usha Housing Development company Ltd was incorporated in Oct'91. The company has been Promoted by Usha (India) Ltd, the flagship company of group Usha. The individual core promoters of Usha (India) Ltd are Vinay Rai & Anil Rai.
The company has been incorporated to address the construction & infrastructural needs of the nation. The main object of the company is to provide Housing buildings, Industrial and commercial complexes and to contribute to overall development of Urban Living.
The company is engaged in development of Multi storeyed, Buildings, Commercial complex and real Estate Promotion.
The company has also been providing construction management services for group in housing projects. The company came out with public issue of 35,00,000 Equity shares Of Rs.10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 3.50 crore to part finance existing projects of company & to meet long term fund requirements for execution of various projects in hand. It is going to set up Software Technology Parks in various states and likely to take trunkey projects of construction of residential, commercial and industrial complexes with providing property management services.
