During the year under review the Company voluntarily got delisted from Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited, Ahmadabad Stock Exchange Limited and Delhi Stock Exchange Limited. The same was approved by Ahmadabad Stock Exchange Limited on September 10, 2016. Approval from Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited and Delhi Stock Exchange Limited is awaited as on the date of this report.
