Aayush Food & Herbs Limited is incorporated in the year 1984. It has been engaged primarily in the business of trading of rice in different varieties and other agri commodities. The Company sells basmati and non-basmati rice in India as well as in out-side India. During the FY2016,the company's equity shares got listed for trading in Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE). Mrs. Pallavi Mittal were recognized as promoters of the Company w.e.f 21.09.2016. Her aggregate shareholding reached to 16, 63,901 equity shares representing 51.275% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company. During the financial year 2017-18, the company has recorded Its major portion of revenue by selling rice in different gulf countries. During the FY2020,the company has achieved total revenue of Rs. 12747.63 Lacs. The company has made a Profit after Tax of Rs. 62.27 Lacs as compared to Profit after Tax of Rs. 60.34 Lacs of last year due to pandemic conditions. The outbreak of corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic globally and in India is causing significant disturbance and slowdown of economic activity. The Company's operations and revenue during the quarter ended 30 September 2020 were impacted due to COVID-19.
