Solex Energy Ltd
Solex Energy has received approval for capacity expansion under the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. The company’s solar PV module manufacturing facility in Tadkeshwar, Surat, has been listed with an annual manufacturing capacity of 3,782 MW (3.78 GW), reflecting its continued expansion in the domestic solar manufacturing space.
Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd
OneOTT Intertainment, the broadband arm of Hinduja Global Solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the State Transformation Commission of the Government of Uttar Pradesh for the rollout of Project GANGA (Government Assisted Network for Growth & Advancement), aimed at expanding digital connectivity and inclusion in the state.
Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd
Dixon Technologies has received approval from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for investment by HKC Overseas, an affiliate of HKC Corporation, in Dixon Display Technologies. Following the proposed investment, the subsidiary will become a joint venture company with Dixon holding a 74% stake and HKC Overseas holding the remaining 26%.
Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd
The board of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has approved raising up to ₹5,000 crore through an unsecured rupee term loan or line of credit from Union Bank of India. Additionally, the company approved an investment of ₹234 crore to establish a Security Operations Center for substations and granted in-principle approval to divest its entire stake in Central Transmission Utility of India to Grid Controller of India.
Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd
The hospitality company Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has signed a license agreement for a new 76-room hotel in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The property will be managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, strengthening the company’s presence in key tier-II cities.
Bajaj Finserv Ltd
Bajaj Finserv Ltd insurance subsidiaries reported steady premium collections in February. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance recorded gross direct premium underwritten of ₹1,094 crore, while Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance reported a total premium of ₹1,281.28 crore during the month.
Torrent Power Ltd
Torrent Power has issued and allotted 2,00,000 Series 14 non-convertible debentures worth ₹2,000 crore on a private placement basis. The debentures carry a coupon rate of 7.97% per annum.
