Reliance Industries has recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share (face value ₹10) for FY26. The payout will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, whose date and record date are yet to be announced. The company has maintained its long-standing practice of declaring a single final dividend each year. In FY25, it paid ₹5.5 per share.
The company reported a more than 12% year-on-year fall in consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 to ₹16,971 crore, compared with ₹19,407 crore in the same quarter last year. On a sequential basis, profit also dropped about 9% from ₹18,645 crore.
The decline was mainly due to higher finance costs, increased depreciation from 5G spectrum rollout, and geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani said the company faced global disruptions, volatile energy prices, and shifting trade patterns during FY26. However, he highlighted that Reliance’s diversified business portfolio and strong domestic focus helped it manage these challenges.
Despite the profit decline, consolidated revenue from operations rose nearly 13% year-on-year to ₹2,98,621 crore in Q4FY26 from ₹2,64,673 crore last year. However, revenue fell around 11% sequentially from ₹2,69,496 crore in the previous quarter.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹48,737 crore, largely unchanged from ₹48,588 crore a year earlier. The company credited steady performance from its consumer-focused businesses for keeping operating earnings stable.
