The bank's net profit increased 36.23% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹3,068 crore, compared to ₹2,252 crore in the same quarter last year.
Operating profit rose 25.99% YoY to ₹5,051 crore, while Net Interest Income (NII) grew 12.61% to ₹6,833 crore. Non-interest income also increased 19.07% YoY to ₹2,579 crore.
Bank of India's overall business expanded 16.57% YoY to ₹17.56 lakh crore.

Bank of India share price (NSE: BANKINDIA ) ended the trading session on July 24, 2026, at ₹142.70, up 0.35% or ₹0.50 from the previous close. The stock opened at ₹142.00, touched an intraday high of ₹143.20, and fell to a low of ₹139.82. The bank has a market capitalisation of ₹64,950 crore, a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 6.30, and a 52-week high of ₹178.36.
