Aegis Logistics’ board has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹6,000 crore through various securities and also increase the company’s overall borrowing limit to ₹6,000 crore, as per the exchange filing. The proposals will need approval from shareholders through a special resolution.  

The company may raise the funds in one or more rounds, either in India or overseas, depending on the final structure and required approvals.  

Aegis Logistics Plans ₹6,000 Crore Fundraise 

The company can raise up to ₹6,000 crore through equity shares, bonds, foreign currency convertible bonds, ADRs, GDRs, debentures, non-convertible debt instruments, warrants and other permitted securities. 

The fundraising can be done through a public issue, private placement, preferential issue, qualified institutional placement, or a combination of these routes.  

Borrowing Limit Also Raised to ₹6,000 Crore 

Along with the fundraising plan, the board approved an increase in the company's borrowing limit to an aggregate amount of up to ₹6,000 crore. 

The company has also been authorised to create a charge or mortgage on its assets within the approved borrowing limit.  

Final Terms Yet to Be Decided
