Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has announced that May 15, 2026, will be the record date for determining eligible shareholders for its proposed final dividend of ₹7 per equity share for FY26. Investors who hold shares of the company before the ex-date will be eligible to receive the dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company’s Board of Directors recommended the final dividend as part of its FY26 corporate actions, reflecting its continued focus on shareholder returns.
Anand Rathi Wealth informed that its 31st Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Shareholders are expected to consider and approve the proposed final dividend during the meeting.
Once approved, the dividend payment will be made within 30 days from the date of approval. The announcement comes amid continued investor interest in dividend-paying financial services companies.
The company has maintained a consistent shareholder reward track record through dividends and bonus shares over the past few years. Along with the proposed ₹7 final dividend for FY26, Anand Rathi Wealth had also announced an interim dividend of ₹6 per share in October 2025.
Earlier, the company declared a 1:1 bonus issue with a record date of March 5, 2025. In FY25, shareholders received a final dividend of ₹7 per share and an interim dividend of ₹7 per share.
The consistent dividend payouts and bonus issuance have helped the company remain on investors’ radar within the wealth management and financial services segment.
Dividend record dates generally attract investor attention as shareholders need to own the stock before the ex-date to become eligible for the payout. Market participants often monitor such announcements while evaluating dividend yield opportunities and long-term investment potential.
