Yatra Online Expands Adventure Tourism Stake with ANN Acquisition

On June 19. 2024, Yatra Online Limited has announced a significant expansion in its stake in the adventure tourism sector. The company has acquired the remaining 49% stake in its joint venture, Adventure and Nature Network Private Limited (ANN), making ANN a subsidiary of Yatra Online.

This transaction was formalised through a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed on June 19, 2024. Before this acquisition, Yatra Online held a 50% stake in ANN. With the completion of the transaction, their ownership will rise to 99%. As a result, ANN will transition from a joint venture to a subsidiary of Yatra Online, effective from the closing date specified in the SPA.
