Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 12 July, 2024

On Friday, the benchmark indices were trading in the green with the Sensex up around 112 points or 0.15% at 80,004, while the Nifty-50 was up around 57 points or 0.23% at 24,373. About 1,910 shares have advanced; 1,245 declined and 121 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index:

The top Sensex gainers were Infosys Ltd, Axis Bank and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd while the top Sensex losers were Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bharti Airtel Ltd and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading in the green with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.33% and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.36%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Oil India Ltd and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. In contrast, HPL Electric & Power Ltd and NGL Fine Chem Ltd were the top small-cap gainers.

The BSE Information Technology Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Information Technology Index gained by 1.85%, up by Accelya Solutions India Ltd and Wipro Ltd while the BSE Realty Index plunged by 1%, down by Macrotech Developers Ltd and The Phoenix Mills Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these three stocks were trending: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd, Servotech Power Systems Ltd and Ircon International Ltd.
