Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has announced changes to its Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM), and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) following the resignation of Pratish Krishnan. He ceased to be a key personnel of the AMC effective April 30, 2026, and all references to him have been removed from official documents.
With effect from May 1, 2026, the AMC has reassigned fund management responsibilities across several schemes. Sanjay Chawla and Ankeet Pandya will now oversee key schemes including the Children’s Fund, Innovation Fund, Conservative Hybrid Fund (equity portion), and Retirement Fund (equity portion).
In the Equity Savings Fund, the equity portion will now be managed by Sanjay Chawla, Neeraj Saxena, and Ankeet Pandya. The India Consumption Fund will be handled by Sanjay Chawla and Himanshu Singh, while the Midcap Fund will now be managed by Rohan Korde and Himanshu Singh.
The ELSS Tax Saver Fund will now be managed by Sanjay Chawla and Yash Mehta. For index-linked and ETF schemes, Meenakshi Gururaj has been added alongside Neeraj Saxena as co-manager.
Additionally, Stuti Singhee has been included as co-fund manager for the Aqua Fund of Fund and Gold ETF Fund of Fund. She currently serves as a Research Analyst and Co-Fund Manager – Equity, with experience in fundamental analysis and financial modelling, particularly in FMCG and retail sectors.
Such changes in fund management teams are common in the asset management industry and reflect internal restructuring and continuity planning. Investors typically monitor these updates closely, as fund manager expertise and strategy play a key role in scheme performance over time.
