The floor price is likely to be ₹515 per share, with a base offer size of around ₹1,663 crore, according to news reports. The proposed transaction is likely to remain in focus as investors assess the impact of the stake sale.
BEML Ltd
BEML has secured an order worth ₹184.25 crore from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd for the manufacture and supply of Light Combat Helicopter fuselage aerostructures. The order strengthens BEML's defence-related order book and highlights continued demand for its manufacturing capabilities.
HG Infra Engineering Ltd
HG Infra Engineering has received a Letter of Award from the Department of Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Government of Rajasthan, for the operation and management of the ITI Bhiwadi Cluster under Component-I of PM-SETU. The company's share is 17.10% of the estimated project cost of ₹241 crore.
Larsen and Toubro Ltd
Larsen and Toubro has executed a Business Transfer Agreement with its subsidiary Vyoma.AI for the transfer of its data centre and cloud services business. The transfer will be undertaken on a going-concern basis through a slump sale for ₹1,400 crore. The transaction marks a strategic development for L&T's technology and digital business portfolio.
Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd
Diamond Power Infrastructure has received two orders worth ₹195.48 crore from Rajesh Power Services for the supply of 11 kV medium-voltage underground power cables.
The cables will be supplied for projects of Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd under the State Disaster Mitigation Fund scheme and the System Improvement urban underground programme in Gujarat. The orders are scheduled to be executed over the next 12 months.
Ardee Industries Ltd
Ardee Industries is set to make its mainboard listing, making the stock one to watch during today's trading session. Investors may track the company's market debut and trading activity following its listing.

RHI Magnesita India Ltd
RHI Magnesita India reported a strong performance for the June quarter. Consolidated profit increased 83.2% year on year to ₹64.6 crore from ₹35.3 crore, while revenue rose 5.6% to ₹1,014 crore from ₹960.3 crore. The quarterly performance is likely to keep the stock in focus.
Manappuram Finance Ltd
Manappuram Finance reported a significant increase in consolidated profit for the June quarter. Profit rose more than four-fold to ₹584.6 crore from ₹138.4 crore, while net interest income increased 28.1% to ₹1,723.7 crore from ₹1,345.3 crore. Impairment on financial instruments declined 60.6% to ₹225.5 crore from ₹572.4 crore. The board also declared an interim dividend of ₹25 per share for FY27.
Other Stocks in Focus
Metropolis Healthcare is also likely to remain in focus following bulk and block transactions. Promoter entities Duru Shah Family Trust and Metz Advisory LLP each sold 10.5 lakh shares at ₹564 per share, with the combined transaction valued at ₹118.44 crore and representing a 1.01% stake. Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund acquired 10.49 lakh shares, while ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte each acquired 5.25 lakh shares.
Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri reported a 50.8% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit to ₹33.92 crore, while revenue increased 34.8% to ₹840.97 crore. Bata India reported a 23.04% increase in profit to ₹63.98 crore, while revenue rose 3.9% to ₹978.9 crore. The company also declared an interim dividend of ₹25 per share for FY27.
Among other corporate developments, Godrej Consumer Products appointed Aasif Malbari as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. He will succeed Sudhir Sitapati, who will step down from the role.
Stocks in Focus Due to Bulk and Block Deals
Univastu India saw Taurus Mutual Fund acquire 3.77 lakh shares, representing 0.99% of the company's paid-up equity, for ₹4.9 crore at ₹130 per share.
Rolex Rings also witnessed a bulk transaction, with Bayerninvest KVG MBH acquiring 8.98 lakh shares, or a 0.33% stake, for ₹15.33 crore at ₹170.59 per share.
RPP Infra Projects saw Diva Projects acquire 8.48 lakh shares, representing a 1.71% stake, for ₹4.99 crore at ₹58.90 per share. Promoters Arul Sundaram Nithya and P Arul Sundaram also sold shares, with their combined sale representing a 1.76% stake.
