In the previous trading session, benchmark indices traded cautiously as investors monitored global cues, quarterly business updates and key corporate developments. 

Market participants will continue tracking earnings announcements, strategic partnerships, project developments, business updates and bulk deals that could influence stock-specific movement during today's trading session. 

State Bank of India (SBI) 

State Bank of India's subsidiary, SBI Funds Management, has filed its Red Herring Prospectus for an initial public offering scheduled to open on July 14, 2026. The IPO is entirely an offer-for-sale of 20.37 crore shares by State Bank of India and Amundi India Holding. SBI will divest a 6.3% stake, while Amundi India Holding will sell a 3.7% stake. The price band has been fixed at ₹545-₹574 per share. 

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) 

Tata Consultancy Services is scheduled to announce its quarterly financial results today. Investors will closely monitor the company's revenue growth, deal wins, margins and management commentary for insights into the demand outlook for the IT services sector. 

Tata Steel Ltd 

Tata Steel reported an 11.3% year-on-year increase in India's crude steel production to 5.82 million tonnes during the first quarter. Steel delivery volumes also rose 8.84% to 5.17 million tonnes, reflecting healthy operational performance and domestic demand. 

Phoenix Mills Ltd 

Phoenix Mills reported a 32% year-on-year rise in retail portfolio consumption to ₹4,727 crore during the first quarter. The company also recorded gross commercial office leasing of around 1.9 lakh square feet, while its hospitality portfolio delivered healthy RevPAR growth. Gross residential sales stood at ₹64 crore, with collections of ₹51 crore. 

JSW Energy Ltd 

JSW Energy commissioned 1,081 MW of renewable energy capacity since April 2026, taking its total installed capacity to 14,535 MW. The newly commissioned capacity includes solar, wind, hybrid and hydro power projects, strengthening the company's renewable energy portfolio. 

Graphite India Ltd 

Graphite India has decided to discontinue and close the operations of its Specialities and Coating divisions in Germany. The company cited weak demand and the prolonged impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, which affected the competitiveness of these businesses. 

NLC India Ltd and National Aluminium Company (NALCO) 

NLC India and NALCO have signed a joint venture-cum-shareholders' agreement to establish a 50:50 joint venture for developing a 1,080 MW captive thermal power plant at Angul, Odisha. The project is expected to support the long-term energy requirements of both companies. 

TVS Motor Company Ltd 

TVS Motor Company has entered into a strategic partnership with Indian Oil Corporation to strengthen last-mile LPG cylinder distribution using sustainable commercial mobility solutions. The collaboration will promote the deployment of TVS King Kargo HD vehicles across Indian Oil's extensive LPG distributor network. 

HFCL Ltd 

HFCL has introduced OptiQ AI as the unified brand identity for its integrated optical connectivity portfolio. The offering includes optical fibre cables and related accessories designed to serve AI, cloud computing and hyperscale data centre infrastructure.

Iware Supplychain Services Ltd 

Investor Vijay Kedia-backed Kedia Securities acquired an additional 4.3% stake in Iware Supplychain Services through bulk deals worth approximately ₹17.44 crore.  

Following the transaction, Vijay Kedia's shareholding has increased to 10.3%, making him the company's largest public shareholder.  

Separately, Getfive Opportunity Fund-I purchased shares worth ₹3.61 crore, while promoter entity Inter India Roadways sold a 6.12% stake valued at ₹24.93 crore. 

Capri Global Capital Ltd 

Capital Group-owned Smallcap World Fund acquired one crore equity shares, representing a 1.03% stake in Capri Global Capital, through bulk deals valued at around ₹240.23 crore. The latest purchase further strengthens the fund's investment in the company. 

Knack Packaging Ltd 

BofA Securities Europe SA acquired 7.17 lakh equity shares, representing a 0.58% stake in Knack Packaging, through a bulk deal worth approximately ₹13.34 crore. 

Conclusion 

IPO developments, quarterly earnings, operational updates, renewable energy expansion, strategic partnerships and significant bulk deals are expected to keep several stocks in focus during today's trading session.
