The project forms part of Phase III of the 1,320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project and is valued at ₹903 crore.
Cohance Lifesciences Ltd
The United States Food and Drug Administration inspected Cohance Lifesciences' formulation plant in Shamshabad, Telangana, between August 27, 2026 and September 4, 2026. The inspection concluded with the issuance of a Form FDA 483 containing four observations. The development will remain in focus as investors assess the observations and their potential implications.
Molbio Diagnostics Ltd

Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company has placed a purchase order worth ₹118 crore with Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders for the supply, installation and commissioning of an AI-based comprehensive infrasecure project covering five substations.
Prime Focus Ltd
The Board of Prime Focus has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹3,000 crore through the issuance of equity shares or debt securities. The proposed fundraising will be closely watched as investors assess its potential impact on the company's capital structure and future expansion plans.
Lupin Ltd
Lupin has received approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration for Modafinil Tablets USP in 100 mg and 200 mg strengths. The tablets are bioequivalent to Provigil Tablets of Nuvo Pharmaceuticals (Ireland) DAC and are indicated for improving wakefulness in adults with excessive sleepiness associated with narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea or shift work disorder. Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Barcelona in Neopolis, Hyderabad. The premium residential project is spread across 4.04 acres and has an estimated revenue potential of more than ₹2,700 crore.
Urban Enviro Waste Management Ltd
Urban Enviro Waste Management has received an order worth ₹219 crore from Akola Municipal Corporation for door-to-door collection and transportation of municipal solid waste to the designated processing and disposal site at Bhod. The contract is for five years and can be extended by up to two years.

BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 1.78 crore shares of Swiggy for ₹491.99 crore, while Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I purchased 1.98 crore shares for ₹549.01 crore. The transactions together represented a 1.36% stake in the company, with the shares purchased at ₹276.10 apiece.
Shankara Buildpro Ltd
Ohana India Growth Fund acquired an additional 1.64% stake in Shankara Buildpro for ₹51.88 crore through two transactions. The fund purchased 2 lakh shares at ₹1,296.99 per share and another 2 lakh shares at ₹1,297 per share.
Gland Pharma Ltd
Promoter Fosun Pharma Industrial sold 75.05 lakh shares, representing a 4.5% stake in Gland Pharma, for ₹2,121.5 crore at ₹2,826.60 per share. The shares were acquired by 11 institutional investors. Fosun Pharma Industrial held a 51.77% stake in the company as of June 2026.
Purple Style Labs, Ashutosh Fibre and Other Listings
Purple Style Labs is scheduled for its Mainboard listing, while Ashutosh Fibre, Shanti Inorganics and Phychem Technologies are also set to make their SME listing. These listings will be watched for their opening performance and investor participation.
