Rentomojo
Rentomojo reported its June quarter consolidated results. Profit fell 38.6% year-on-year to ₹7.8 crore from ₹12.8 crore, while revenue increased 51.1% to ₹126.3 crore from ₹83.6 crore. The company also reported an exceptional loss of ₹11.36 crore during the quarter.
Steamhouse India
Steamhouse India reported an 80.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹18.3 crore from ₹10.2 crore. Revenue grew 13.3% to ₹128.6 crore from ₹113.5 crore, keeping the stock in focus following the quarterly performance.
LCC Projects
LCC Projects reported a 17.04% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit to ₹63.7 crore from ₹76.8 crore. Revenue declined 15.1% to ₹802.6 crore from ₹945.5 crore during the quarter.
Axis Bank
Axis Bank reported a 22.7% year-on-year increase in gross advances to ₹13.84 lakh crore from ₹11.28 lakh crore. Total deposits rose 20.7% to ₹14.52 lakh crore from ₹12.03 lakh crore, while CASA deposits increased 10.6% to ₹5.29 lakh crore.
Kotak Mahindra Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank reported a 24.7% year-on-year increase in net advances to ₹5.77 lakh crore from ₹4.62 lakh crore. CASA deposits rose 11.3% to ₹2.49 lakh crore, while total deposits increased 23.2% to ₹6.51 lakh crore.
IndusInd Bank
IndusInd Bank reported an 11.2% year-on-year increase in net advances to ₹3.62 lakh crore from ₹3.25 lakh crore. Deposits grew 10.1% to ₹4.29 lakh crore from ₹3.89 lakh crore, while the CASA ratio declined to 28% from 30.7%.
Trent
Trent reported a 23% year-on-year increase in standalone revenue to ₹5,788 crore from ₹4,724 crore. The company added 10 Westside stores and 17 Zudio stores, taking its portfolio to 1,342 stores as of September 2026.
AWL Agri Business
AWL Agri Business reported 12% volume growth and 24% revenue growth in the second quarter. Food and FMCG revenue increased 33%, crossing ₹2,000 crore for the first time in a quarter. The edible oil business recorded 3% volume growth, while industry essentials reported 25% volume growth.
Godrej Consumer Products
Godrej Consumer Products expects consolidated revenue growth in the high teens and underlying volume growth in the high single digits. The company expects consolidated EBITDA growth in the double digits, although input cost pressures have intensified due to renewed inflation in crude-linked derivatives, palm oils and other commodity inputs.

Juniper Hotels
Juniper Hotels has entered into a binding memorandum of understanding with Imagicaaworld Entertainment to acquire the operating Novotel Imagicaa hotel in Khopoli, Maharashtra, for ₹248 crore. The proposed acquisition is expected to expand the company's hospitality portfolio.
Marico
Marico has acquired an additional 24.09% stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals, increasing its holding from 60% to 84.09% on a fully diluted basis. The aggregate consideration for the 84.09% stake stands at ₹1,392.07 crore. The acquisition of the remaining 14.09% stake held by the founder and certain other shareholders is expected to be completed for ₹592 crore in July 2027.
Zydus Lifesciences
Zydus Lifesciences has partnered with MSN Laboratories to launch riociguat tablets in the United States in strengths ranging from 0.5 mg to 2.5 mg. The companies are the first to launch a generic version of Adempas in the US market. The product is developed and manufactured by MSN Laboratories.
Vedanta
Vedanta has scheduled a board meeting on October 8 to consider the declaration of the first interim dividend on equity shares, if any, for FY27. The record date for determining shareholder entitlement has been fixed as October 14.
JSW Energy
JSW Energy has added 1,694 MW of installed capacity since April 2026, including around 1.4 GW of renewable capacity. Following the additions, the company's total installed capacity has increased to 15,147 MW.
BGR Energy Systems
BGR Energy Systems has entered into a Master Restructuring Agreement with National Asset Reconstruction Company, acting through India Debt Resolution Company, for restructuring outstanding debt of ₹3,736 crore.
HLE Glascoat
HLE Glascoat's subsidiary, Thaletec GmbH, has transferred its entire 100% shareholding in HLE Surface Technologies GmbH, a step-down subsidiary, to HLE International S.à.r.l., a wholly owned subsidiary. The transaction became effective on October 5, 2026.
GAIL (India)
Rajeev Kumar has been appointed as Government Nominee Director on the board of GAIL (India), effective October 1, 2026.
AceVector
Negen Capital Services acquired 1.18 crore equity shares of AceVector, representing 2.17% of the company's paid-up equity, for ₹29.78 crore at ₹25.12 per share. Following the acquisition, Negen Undiscovered Value Fund's stake increased to 4.47%.
