Stocks to Watch Today: Meesho, Power Grid, Hexaware, HUDCO and Others (September 3, 2026)

Meesho Ltd
SoftBank Vision Fund entity SVF II Meerkat (DE) LLC is likely to sell 7 crore equity shares of Meesho through a block deal. The shares represent 1.5% of the company’s paid-up equity and have a floor price of ₹205 per share. At the floor price, the transaction is valued at around ₹1,435 crore. SoftBank held an 8.6% stake in Meesho as of June 2026.
Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd
Power Grid Corporation of India has received a Letter of Intent for an inter-state transmission system project aimed at evacuating power from Rajasthan REZ Phase-IV. The project will be developed on a build, own, operate and transfer basis, with quoted annual transmission charges of ₹3,244.33 crore.
The project includes the establishment of 6,000 MW ±800 kV HVDC terminals at Barmer-II in Rajasthan and South Kalamb substation in Maharashtra, along with augmentation of the South Kalamb substation.
Hexaware Technologies Ltd
Hexaware Technologies has appointed Vivek Jetley as CEO-designate. He will join the company and take over as CEO on October 28, 2026. Current CEO Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan will step down as CEO and from the Board on the same date, while continuing as a senior adviser to support the leadership transition.
Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO)
HUDCO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Bihar to provide financial assistance of up to ₹25,000 crore over five years. The funding will support the development of industrial infrastructure in the state, including land acquisition for projects.
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd
ICICI Bank has completed the purchase of 2.9 crore equity shares of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance through multiple tranches executed between July 22 and September 2, 2026. The shares represent around 2% of the insurer’s equity share capital and were acquired for approximately ₹1,470 crore.
Following the acquisition, ICICI Bank’s shareholding in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has increased to around 52.8%.
Page Industries Ltd
Page Industries has received a notice from the Dubai Court concerning a claim initiated by Yellow Flower Trading LLC in connection with disputes over the parties’ distribution arrangement in the UAE. The claim amount is AED 113.5 million, along with interest at 9% per annum from October 10, 2025, until full payment.
Pine Labs Ltd
Alpha Wave Ventures II LP has sold 3.54 crore shares of Pine Labs, representing 3.07% of its paid-up equity, for ₹549.92 crore. The shares were purchased by nine domestic and global investors at ₹155.10 per share.
The buyers included ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Societe Generale, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius, Viridian Asia Opportunities Master Fund, Integrated Core Strategies (Asia), JM Financial MF, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore and Norges Bank on behalf of the Government Pension Fund Global.

Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust
CDPQ Infrastructures Asia III Inc, a subsidiary of global investment group CDPQ, has acquired 73.13 crore units, equivalent to a 24% stake in Brookfield-backed Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust, for ₹12,067 crore.
GIC-backed Anahera Investment sold 21.11 crore units, representing a 6.92% stake, for ₹3,483.15 crore. Brookfield-controlled BIF IV Jarvis India Pte also sold 52.02 crore units, or a 17.07% stake, for ₹8,584.53 crore. The 24% stake acquired by CDPQ was exchanged at ₹165 per unit.
Aster DM Quality Care Ltd
Union (Mauritius) Holdings, owned by promoter Azad Moopen Mandayapurath and his family, acquired 46.09 lakh shares of Aster DM Quality Care, representing 0.52% of the company’s paid-up equity. The shares were purchased for ₹350.34 crore at ₹760 per share.
Centella Mauritius Holdings, an investment vehicle owned by affiliates of TPG, was the seller. The investment vehicle held a 9.9% stake in Aster DM Quality Care as of June 2026.
Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd
Global Unity Associates has acquired 10.98 lakh shares, representing 0.67% of Shreeji Shipping Global’s paid-up equity, from the company’s promoters for ₹70.85 crore. Promoters Ashok Kumar Haridas Lal and Lal Jitendra Haridas each sold 5.49 lakh shares at ₹645.30 per share.
Wonder Electricals Ltd
Nexus Global Opportunities Fund has acquired an additional 15.22 lakh shares of Wonder Electricals, representing a 1.13% stake, for ₹11.55 crore. The shares were purchased at ₹75.85 apiece.
The transaction follows the fund’s purchase of a 1.11% stake in the previous session. As of June 2026, Nexus Global Opportunities Fund held a 2.34% stake in the company.
Lumino Industries Ltd
Lumino Industries is also set to remain in focus as the company is scheduled for a main board IPO listing. The listing will be closely watched as investors assess the stock’s debut performance and trading activity.
Kwick Forensic Solutions Ltd
Kwick Forensic Solutions is another stock to watch as it is scheduled for an SME listing. Market participants are likely to track the company’s listing performance and initial trading activity.
