n the previous trading session, benchmark indices traded cautiously as investors assessed quarterly earnings, institutional activity and company-specific developments across multiple sectors. 

Market participants are expected to monitor earnings announcements, fundraising initiatives, strategic investments and project-related updates that could influence stock-specific action during today’s trading session. 

Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) 

Container Corporation of India reported a 12.4% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit to ₹262.7 crore compared to ₹299.8 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue also slipped 1.1% to ₹2,263.3 crore from ₹2,287.9 crore, which may keep the stock in focus. 

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility 

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility posted a strong quarterly performance with consolidated profit surging 94.5% to ₹314.3 crore from ₹161.6 crore a year ago. Revenue increased 15.5% to ₹3,535.8 crore, while exceptional gains stood at ₹181.2 crore. 

Pine Labs 

Pine Labs reported a consolidated profit of ₹59.4 crore against a loss of ₹28.9 crore in the previous year. Revenue climbed 17% to ₹700.5 crore from ₹598.6 crore, reflecting improved operational performance. 

Awfis Space Solutions 

Awfis Space Solutions recorded robust quarterly earnings with profit rising 107% year-on-year to ₹23.2 crore. Revenue increased 20.7% to ₹410.1 crore compared to ₹339.7 crore in the corresponding period last year. 

Hitachi Energy India 

Hitachi Energy India posted a 79.7% jump in quarterly profit to ₹330.5 crore from ₹183.9 crore a year earlier. Revenue grew 46.2% to ₹2,754 crore, highlighting strong demand momentum in the power and energy infrastructure segment. 

Suprajit Engineering 

Suprajit Engineering reported a significant improvement in financial performance with consolidated profit increasing 161.1% to ₹71.1 crore. Revenue rose 18.8% year-on-year to ₹1,041.9 crore. 

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) 

Rail Vikas Nigam reported a 58.9% decline in consolidated profit to ₹187.1 crore from ₹455.4 crore in the previous year. Revenue, however, increased 4.2% to ₹6,695.9 crore, while other income declined sharply to ₹85 crore. 

Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) 

Bharat Electronics received additional orders worth ₹608 crore since May 5. The orders include communication equipment, avionics, coastal surveillance radar systems, jammers, simulators, medical electronics, batteries and related services, strengthening the company’s defence order pipeline. 

Trident Ltd 

Trident announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Avneesh Barua. His last working day at the company will be May 29, and the development is expected to remain in focus for investors.

One 97 Communications (Paytm) 

Paytm stated that the board of its subsidiary, Paytm Cloud Technologies, approved an additional investment of EUR 9 million in Paytm Europe Payments SA through the subscription of 9 million equity shares. 

JSW Energy 

JSW Energy completed its qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue and raised ₹4,000 crore at an issue price of ₹525 per share. SBI Equity Hybrid Fund and GQG Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund were among the major investors participating in the issue. 

NLC India 

NLC India signed a memorandum of understanding with Nuclear Power Corporation of India for the formation of a joint venture to establish nuclear power projects in the country. 

Lemon Tree Hotels 

Lemon Tree Hotels announced the signing of a new property in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu. The hotel will be managed through its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels. 

Raymond Ltd 

Raymond’s board approved fundraising of up to ₹330.88 crore through the issuance of 66.57 lakh warrants on a preferential basis to promoter group entity JK Investors (Bombay). 

Premier Energies 

Promoters of Premier Energies sold 2.39 crore equity shares, representing a 5.29% stake, through block deals valued at ₹2,290.58 crore. Several domestic and global institutional investors participated in the transaction. 

Global Health 

HDFC Mutual Fund acquired 10 lakh shares, representing a 0.37% stake, in Global Health through a block deal worth ₹122.5 crore at a price of ₹1,225 per share. 

Conclusion 

Quarterly earnings, fundraising activity, strategic investments and fresh order announcements are likely to drive stock-specific movement in today’s trading session. Investors are expected to closely monitor developments across defence, energy, infrastructure and financial technology sectors.
