On the downside, Wipro declined 1.65% to ₹244.59, and Tata Motors slipped 1.72% to ₹667.25. Trent recorded a sharp fall of 1.38%, trading at ₹4,626.50. Infosys and ONGC were also under pressure, down 1.78% and 1.94%, highlighting weakness in IT and energy stocks.
