Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) has launched a suite of AI-powered features and innovations on its flagship omnichannel D2C platform, ABCD, at the Global Fintech Fest 2025. The move aligns with ABCL’s mission to simplify finance through hyper-personalised, intelligent, and seamless customer experiences.
The company has been an early adopter of AI, setting up an enterprise-wide Gen AI Centre of Excellence in 2023 to develop scalable AI applications. In just 18 months, it deployed over 22 live Gen AI use cases, driving growth, productivity, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
ABCL introduced a series of Gen AI Assist tools, including Sales Assist, Service Assist, Audit Assist, and Marketing Assist, designed to make business knowledge and AI capabilities accessible across departments.
Additionally, Agentic AI applications are being integrated into customer journeys such as onboarding, underwriting, and claims management, while Gen AI voice bots are enhancing tele-sales and service scalability.
At GFF 2025, ABCL unveiled SimpliFi, an AI-powered personal finance assistant that provides real-time insights into credit, health, and spending. It includes features like Market Pulse, Smart Signals, and Goal Compass, offering a unified view of intelligence and goal-based guidance.
The Know Your Policy feature enables users to decode and compare health insurance policies, while Protection Amplified offers 360-degree health protection, including wellness benefits and a digital will service. ConseQuest, a unique life-simulation game, makes financial education interactive and engaging.
ABCL’s AI initiatives earned it accolades such as Microsoft’s Top 50 Early Adopters in Gen AI at IGNITE 2024 and the Global Celent Model Bank Award 2025. The company’s digital platforms, ABCD, Udyog Plus, and Stellar, have significantly expanded its customer base and market share.
Between FY22 and FY25, ABCL’s lending book grew at a 33% CAGR, while insurance premiums rose at 23% CAGR. Total AUM increased from ₹3.7 lakh crore to ₹5.1 lakh crore, and consolidated PAT doubled to ₹3,142 crore.

On October 8, 2025, Aditya Birla Capital share price opened at ₹300.50 and closed at ₹295.25, down by 2.72%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹294.20.
