Issuer Status
An important aspect of finance is understanding the trading status of issuers, whether they are currently listed or have been delisted. There are four types of issuer status: delisted, listed, suspended, and trading. Delisted refers to a company that has been removed from the stock exchange, listed indicates a company currently on the exchange, suspended means trading of the company's stock has been temporarily halted, and trading simply means the company's stock is actively being bought and sold. These distinctions are crucial in analyzing the performance and potential of a company in the financial market.
