Upper Circuit Stocks Today – Stocks Locked in Upper Circuit on 12 September, 2023

On Tuesday, the benchmark indices were trading lower with the Sensex down around 17 points or 0.02% at 66,111 and the Nifty-50 down around 23 points or 0.12% at 19,973. About 734 shares have advanced, 2,693 declined, and 143 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex Index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were HCL Technologies Ltd, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd and Wipro Ltd, whereas the top Sensex losers were NTPC Ltd, Power Grid Corporation of India and Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

The BSE Capital Goods Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Capital Goods Index soared 0.1%, led by Larsen & Toubro Ltd and ELGi Equipments Ltd while the BSE Realty Index was down 2% dragged down by India Bulls Real Estate Ltd.  

The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.84% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.68%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Natco Pharma Ltd and Lipin India Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were ITI Ltd and Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: IRCON International Ltd, NIIT Ltd and Larsen & Toubro Ltd.
