Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 15 April, 2024

On Monday, the benchmark indices were trading in the red with the Sensex down around 560 points or 0.75% at 73,680, while the Nifty-50 was down around 165 points or 0.75% at 22,355. About 488 shares have advanced; 2,790 declined and 108 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index:

The top Sensex gainers were Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd and Nestle India Ltd while the top Sensex losers were State Bank of India, Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Tata Motors Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading in the red with the BSE Mid-cap index down 1.17% and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 1.75%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Vodafone Idea Ltd and Macrotech Developers Ltd, while the top small-cap gainers were Senco Gold Ltd and Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd.

All the sectoral indices were trading in the red with the BSE Services Index and BSE Utilities Index being the top gainers. The BSE Services Index plunged by 2.10%, up by Gensol Engineering Ltd and SpiceJet Ltd while the BSE Utilities Index plunged by 1.95%, down by Orient Green Power Company Ltd and SJVN Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these three stocks were trending: Neuland Laboratories Ltd, Aster DM Healthcare Ltd and Exide Industries Ltd.
