The Company is one of the leading players dealing in transportation and logistics in the state of Chhatisgarh. The company is having heavy equipment for Transportation and Loading Services. It is also running two petrol pumps (IOCL) in Chhatisgarh. The Company's subsidiaries include Sudha Bio Power Private Limited, Indus Automotives Private Limited, HariBhoomi Communications Private Limited, Indus Automobile Private Limited and ParamMitra Resources Pte Limited.
On 30 August 2011, the stake of Sindhu Trade Links Limited (STLL) is reduced to 50% due to transfer of the shares, and hence, S3H Reality ceased to be a subsidiary of STLL.
