
Constems-AI, a deeptech startup, has successfully raised $2 million in its pre-Series A funding round. This financial boost was spearheaded by Finvolve, a joint venture of India Accelerator and Finolutions.
Existing investors such as Cognify, AIF, Inflection Point Ventures, and the IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre also participated in this round, showcasing confidence in Constems-AI's vision and potential.
The funds will be strategically utilised to advance Constems-AI's artificial intelligence models and expand its research and development efforts. Additionally, the company plans to enhance its product engineering and data infrastructure.
The capital will also be channelled towards scaling enterprise deployments globally, focusing on markets like Southeast Asia, Japan, and the Middle East.
Founded in 2017, Constems-AI provides a Vision AI SaaS platform named CAInatics. This solution is designed to automate retail and supply chain operations through the analysis of image and video data. It enables companies to track product placement and compliance across the retail value chain using retail shelf images.
The platform's AI models have been trained on over 30,000 consumer product formats and more than 3 crore curated image data points globally. By employing patented object detection models and edge AI architecture, CAInatics delivers predictive analytics from images in near real time.

Constems-AI currently collaborates with several Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods companies, experiencing growth of 2-3 times year on year. In its journey towards global expansion, the company aims to build stronger enterprise sales capabilities and establish strategic partnerships with international CPG supply chain and manufacturing enterprises. This investment underlines the burgeoning interest in applied AI and deeptech startups.
Investors are increasingly backing companies that develop proprietary technologies in fields such as applied AI, defence tech, mobility, and advanced hardware. India Accelerator, along with Finvolve, finalised 29 deals amounting to more than ₹250 crore in 2025.
They focus on startups demonstrating capital efficiency, recurring revenue, and robust enterprise adoption. According to reports, enterprise AI is undergoing a renaissance as large corporations rapidly adopt AI to streamline workflows, projecting the segment’s growth to $71 billion by 2030 from $11 billion in 2025.
