Trusted Aerospace Engineering Inaugurates New Sriperumbudur Facility

Trusted Aerospace Engineering (TASE Global), a global precision manufacturing company, has inaugurated a new advanced manufacturing facility at Sriperumbudur near Chennai, strengthening its footprint in India’s fast-expanding aerospace manufacturing ecosystem, as per news reports.
Key Development: ₹150 Crore Facility Expands Manufacturing Capabilities
The new unit, developed with an investment of ₹150 crore, will focus on manufacturing aerostructure components, alongside existing production of aero engine parts and precision medical components for export. With this expansion, TASE Global enters the global aerostructures segment, a market estimated at around $70 billion annually.
The company expects the facility to support revenue generation of up to $100 million over the next three years, translating into incremental annual revenues of about ₹300 crore. The plant is also expected to create nearly 200 skilled jobs.
Technology Partnership and Advanced Infrastructure
The facility has been set up in partnership with DMG MORI, which has installed 30 high-precision machines integrating German engineering and Japanese manufacturing technology.
The machines incorporate advanced CNC systems, automation, IoT integration and intelligent software to deliver high accuracy, productivity and efficiency.
The 40,000 sq ft plant is designed to meet stringent aerospace quality standards and is capable of machining large components up to six metres in length, including frames, ribs, spars, floor beams and door assemblies.
Next Phase: Surface Treatment and Semiconductor Expansion
As part of its expansion roadmap, TASE Global plans to commission a 30,000 sq ft surface treatment facility by April 2026 with an investment of ₹40 crore.
The plant will feature a zero liquid discharge system and offer advanced processes such as anodising, conversion coating, passivation, non-destructive testing and specialised plating.
The company also plans to set up a 40,000 sq ft semiconductor manufacturing division, including a cleanroom and precision machinery, with an investment of ₹60 crore. This unit is expected to become operational by December 2026, enabling TASE Global to diversify into semiconductor manufacturing using its precision engineering expertise.
