Food delivery platform Toing has launched its services in Mumbai as part of its ongoing expansion across India. With this addition, the company’s operations now cover 18 cities nationwide.
The platform is positioned to attract price-sensitive consumers, including students and young professionals, by offering food delivery options that focus on affordability and simplified pricing.
With the introduction of its services in Mumbai, Toing has expanded its operational footprint across several Indian cities. The platform is already available in locations such as Pune, Agra, Vadodara, Guwahati, Nashik, Nagpur, Patna, Aurangabad, Bhopal and Ahmedabad.
It also operates across the Delhi National Capital Region, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad, as well as Chandigarh. The company initially introduced the service in Pune during the second half of 2025.
Toing said its platform is designed to cater to consumers who prefer budget-friendly food delivery options. According to the company, the app aims to offer menu prices that are similar to or lower than those available at restaurants.
The platform also stated that it does not apply additional packaging or platform charges on orders, a pricing structure intended to attract users who are mindful of overall order costs.
The company indicated that its pricing approach has helped it connect with younger users, particularly students and early-career professionals. These groups often seek convenient meal options while keeping spending under control.
Sidharth Bhakoo, Chief Business Officer at Toing, said the platform is focused on building a new segment within food delivery by addressing the preferences of Gen Z consumers and college-going users.
Restaurants available on the app offer a range of cuisines and meal options. These include North Indian dishes such as chole bhature and biryani as well as quick-service items like pizzas, burgers and momos.
The platform also features both national food brands and local outlets across different cities.
Toing stated that the application has recorded more than two million downloads across India so far. The company added that the app currently holds a rating of around 4.5 on app stores.
These indicators suggest initial user engagement as the company continues to develop its presence within India’s online food delivery sector.
