Prozo, a full-stack supply chain company in India, has expanded its operations in Hyderabad with the launch of a new multi-client fulfilment centre in Medchal.
The facility spans 1,04,524 sq. ft. and marks another milestone in the company’s network expansion strategy.
The launch comes shortly after the company opened a new facility in Bengaluru, reflecting its growing focus on strengthening logistics infrastructure across South India.
With the addition of the Medchal facility, Prozo now operates nine warehouses and fulfilment centres in Hyderabad, covering a combined area of around 6.5 lakh sq. ft. The company’s broader network in South India has expanded to 26 fulfilment centres with a total warehousing footprint of approximately 17 lakh sq. ft.
This expansion highlights Prozo’s strategy to strengthen its regional logistics network and enhance its capacity to support growing demand from brands operating in high-growth markets.
The new fulfilment centre is located along Hyderabad’s northern logistics corridor on National Highway 44 with direct connectivity to the Outer Ring Road. This strategic location allows for efficient pan-India freight movement while also supporting last-mile deliveries across the Greater Hyderabad region.
According to industry reports, Medchal has emerged as one of Hyderabad’s most active warehousing submarkets. A significant portion of the city’s warehousing transactions in 2025 were concentrated in this area, reflecting strong demand for logistics infrastructure.
The Medchal facility will operate using Prozo’s enterprise-grade infrastructure and advanced warehouse management systems. These systems provide real-time inventory visibility, support multi-client operations, and maintain strong safety and compliance standards.
Designed for high-throughput business-to-consumer and business-to-business operations, the facility is expected to improve order processing efficiency and enhance operational flexibility for brands.
Prozo serves a wide range of brands across sectors such as FMCG, consumer electronics, healthcare, fashion and lifestyle. Its client portfolio includes companies like Reliance, TMRW, Traya, Minimalist, Beardo, Neemans, Bata, Relaxo and VIP.
The new fulfilment centre will support both existing clients expanding their regional presence and new brands joining Prozo’s logistics network.
