Nissin ABC has expanded its warehousing footprint in Haryana through a long-term lease agreement for a large logistics facility near Gurugram.
The transaction reflects continued demand for modern storage infrastructure in one of North India’s key logistics hubs, where occupier activity has remained strong amid growing supply chain and distribution requirements.
The logistics company has taken on lease 385,704 square feet of chargeable warehouse space from Graas Warehousing Corporation along the Jhajjar-Rewari Road corridor in Haryana. The lease became effective on April 1, 2026, and will remain in force for five years.
Based on the agreed terms, the facility has been leased at a starting monthly rent of ₹65 lakh, translating into a rental rate of approximately ₹17 per square foot per month. The agreement also includes a security deposit of ₹2.62 crore.
The lease contract incorporates an annual rental escalation mechanism, under which rentals will increase by 5% every year over the tenure of the agreement.
Such escalation clauses are commonly used in long-duration warehouse leases to account for inflation and rising property costs.
The sizeable transaction highlights the importance of the Gurugram region as a warehousing and distribution centre, supported by its connectivity to Delhi-NCR and major industrial corridors.
The latest transaction comes amid sustained leasing activity by logistics and supply-chain operators in the region. In October 2025, Blue Dart entered into a 9-year lease for approximately 6 lakh square feet of warehousing space on Pataudi Road, with a monthly rental commitment of ₹1.09 crore.
Similarly, DHL Supply Chain India leased around 97,000 square feet of warehouse space in Behrampur, Gurugram, at a reported monthly rent of ₹21.3 lakh.
In addition, CCI Group announced plans last year to invest ₹227 crore in developing a 9.5 lakh square feet Grade A warehousing facility in Gurugram.
