
Logitech Electronics India has entered into a commercial lease agreement in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). The lease covers a 2,010 sq ft office located in the Trade Centre, with a total outlay pegged at ₹4 crore over a 5-year lock-in period, as per news reports.
Logitech Electronics India has officially leased Unit No. 407 on the 4th floor of Trade Centre, a Grade A office property developed by Wadhwa Developers. Located in the prominent Bandra Kurla Complex, the unit spans approximately 2,010 sq ft of carpet area. The lease agreement specifies a lock-in period of 5 years with a clause for annual rental escalation of 5%.
The formal contract outlines an initial monthly rent of ₹6.03 lakh. Over the stipulated duration, the total rental outgo is estimated at about ₹4 crore. Additionally, a security deposit of ₹81 lakh has been paid by the company upon signing the lease.
The office unit leased by Logitech sits within a high-grade commercial hub widely recognised for hosting corporate offices and business centres. Developed by Wadhwa Developers, Trade Centre offers modern infrastructure and is strategically located in Mumbai’s financial hub of BKC.
According to the lease terms, with an annual 5% rise in rent, the cumulative rental obligation will reach ₹4 crore by the end of 5 years. The initial monthly rent has been set at ₹6.03 lakh, reflecting market-aligned pricing in BKC’s commercial real estate sector.

The transaction was completed through the collaboration of Narains Corporate and Volney. This commercial real estate deal positions Logitech Electronics India strategically within a key business district. The company aims to utilise the leased premises as part of its operations in India.
