Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) and Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) bought securities worth  about ₹73 crore and ₹2,358  crore, respectively. Top Gainers and Losers

Nifty IT, Nifty Financial Services, and Nifty Private Bank saw increases, while Nifty Realty, Nifty PSU Bank, Nifty Media and Nifty Metal experienced a decline.HDFC Bank, LTI Mindtree, TCS and Zomato were on the list of top gainers. In contrast, DLF, Tata Power, Bharat Electronics and Adani Total Gas were the primary losers.

Stocks In The News

Mahindra Lifespace Developers and KNR Constructions were in the news on March 12, 2024.

• Mahindra Lifespace Developers acquired 9.4 acres of land in Bangalore Whitefield. In spite of this news, the share price dropped  3% and closed at ₹553.
• KNR Constructions won a project worth ₹1,163 crore in Telangana. However, the share price tumbled 4% to ₹264.
